I receive ‘Authentication error’ message when I try to set-up my IP camera with Periscope Pro. What should I do?

Make sure that correct username and password for your IP camera are filled into 'Username' and 'Password' fields in IP Camera Configuration window in Periscope Pro app.

To check you IP camera username and password, feel free to consult with your camera Admin Area. If you do not remember your IP camera username or password, please consult with you camera User Manual in order to reset your login details.

If your camera does not have username and/or password, make sure to leave 'Username' and/or 'Password' fields in Periscope Pro blank.
